Q. Do I get my Rhino Liner before or after my 5th wheel hitch?
A. Get the Rhino Liner first. You can easily drill through the liner and mount your 5th wheel or goose neck hitch. It is a much cleaner install that way. The liner will seal the bolt holes to prevent rusting.
Q. Why do you recommend spraying over the rails even if I am planning to install a tonneau cover or a cap to cover the bed of my truck?
A. Tonneau covers rest on a aluminum or steel frame that is cushioned by less than 1/4" of foam tape that sits on the top rails of your truck. In a very short time, the weight of the tonneau cover compresses the foam tape down to nothing and the vibrations of the tonneau cover frame begins to scratch the painted surface of your rails. Moisture will get underneath and begin to rust the top surface of your rails. The same thing holds true for caps. By protecting the top of your rails by having your Rhino Lining sprayed over the top of the rails before installing your tonneau cover or cap you can prevent any rust or damage to your rails and provide a better moisture barrier seal in the process.
Q. What makes a Rhino Liner better than any other sprayed liner?
A. Rhino Linings is the #1 sprayed-on truck bed liner in the world. It can withstand extreme weather conditions from 240 degrees down to 50 degrees below zero. It will not crack or peel. It expands to 3 times its size giving it flexibility that can withstand high impact and gives it excellent abrasive resistance. Proper preparation is a key element and Rhino Linings Unlimited has over 20 years of experience which guarantees you a professional installation and a lifetime warranty. Most other spray on liners use a hard, real thin, with a sandpaper like finish that is 3 times less thick than our REAL Rhino Lining.
